I had a wonderful stay at Casa Andina Standard Cusco Catedral. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my time there feel special. The location was perfect for exploring Cusco, just a short walk from the main plaza and cathedral. However, the noise from the nearby nightlife and the somewhat outdated facilities were a bit of a drawback during my stay.

Rooms

My room was spacious, clean, and warm, which was a blessing given the chilly Cusco winter nights. However, I did find it a bit noisy due to street traffic and music from nearby venues.
Service

The staff were fantastic, always accommodating and ready to assist with any of my needs. I especially appreciated the help from Alexander at the reception and Jesus, the head of security, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

The hotel's central location was ideal for exploring the historic parts of Cusco. I loved being within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas and numerous shops and restaurants. It felt safe to walk around, even at night.
Dining

While the included breakfast was adequate, featuring cereals, toast, and eggs, it could use more variety. It was generally basic, which didn't quite meet my expectations for a hotel in such a prime location.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel provided essential amenities like laundry services and tour assistance, but overall, the facilities felt a bit dated, which might not appeal to everyone.

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Andina Standard Cusco Catedral, mainly due to its fantastic location right next to the Cathedral and Plaza de Armas. The staff were genuinely friendly and quite helpful, which made my experience more enjoyable. However, I did encounter some noise issues, especially from the lively street below, which affected my sleep at times. The breakfast provided was decent but not extensive, with some items being better than others.

I had a pleasant stay at Casa Andina Standard Cusco Catedral. The location was unbeatable, being just steps away from Cusco's Cathedral and the vibrant Plaza de Armas. My room, however, was a bit small, making movement difficult with luggage. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, even going out of their way to assist me when I fell ill. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, though it did have its quirks.

6.2/10

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Andina Standard Cusco Catedral, primarily due to its fantastic location right near Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral. The staff, including Alfredo, Juan, and Edgar, were incredibly helpful, always ready with advice and assistance. However, I did experience some issues with noise from the street and a disappointing breakfast buffet not meeting my expectations.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and clean, though it did lack effective noise insulation. I tried both an internal courtyard room and a street-side room; the latter was particularly spacious but noisy at times due to nearby nightlife.
Service

The service was commendable. The front desk and breakfast staff were polite and eager to help with any requests I had, which made my stay feel very welcoming.
Location

The hotel couldn't be more perfectly located for exploring Cusco. It was safe to walk around at night and close to all the major historical attractions.
Dining

The breakfast had a decent variety but didn't particularly impress me, and I wish there were more options like unsweetened yogurt available. Overall, it felt rather mediocre.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities met my needs but lacked modern touches. The absence of an elevator was noticeable, though the staff was quick to assist with my luggage.

I had a solid stay at Casa Andina Standard Cusco Catedral. The location was absolutely unbeatable, right by the Cathedral and Plaza de Armas. While the rooms were a bit small and noise from the street could be an issue, the cleanliness and friendly staff made up for that. Breakfast was decent with good options, though it could use a bit more variety.

Rooms
